Service Description
Legal services are provided through advice, representation and advocacy. It includes information and referrals and telephone advice to community and social workers. Advice is given by appointment or for urgent matters by telephone. Specialist advice is available for Transgender people Gay and Lesbian, Intersex, advice and court support for LGBTIQ people who are experiencing or escaping domestic or family violence, Sex Workers, Family Law, Community Education Sessions, and Law Reform. Home and hospital visits available where necessary.
