Service Description

An independent organisation that works with agencies, both public and private to ensure that they do their jobs properly and meet responsibilities. They assist with problems in performance that may be raised through complaints from the public or employees of the agencies.

Hours of Operation

Mon-Fri: 9am-4pm (appointment preferred if visiting office); Complaint enquiries Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00pm
