Ombudsman NSW

Service Description

The independent Ombudsman handles complaints about most NSW government agencies, local councils and community service providers. They may investigate a complaint if they suspect wrongdoing has occurred. Wrongdoing can include unlawful, unreasonable or unjust conduct. Following an investigation they may make recommendations, however, they cannot force an agency to do something or change a decision.
