Service Description
Services provided to frail older people 65 years and older, and younger people with disabilities. Home support and home care packages are available to assist individuals to remain at home as long as possible. Assistance is available for shopping, meals, housekeeping and other duties to make it easier for the person to remain in their own home. Respite services available for carers.
