Care Leavers Australasia Network

Service Description

A national support and advocacy body for Australians brought up in care. This includes being away from their family as state wards, or children raised in children's homes, orphanages, as child migrants, in other institutions or in foster care. Services include support, advice and referral, assistance with finding personal records, social events, library, and bi-monthly newsletter. It is run by people who have left care. Face to face counselling is available for care leavers in Sydney and Melbourne.
