Service Description

Provides multidisciplinary health, education and support services for vulnerable families, who are in stress or experiencing difficulties in the care and parenting of their children in the early years. Services include; case management and family support, parenting education, father's program, home support, early intervention, playgroups, therapy services, and family counsellor. For families with children up to 17 years.
