Service Description

For close to 40 years, Community Connections Australia (CCA) has supported people living with disability by providing access to a broad range of customised and individualised services throughout Sydney. We are a fully audited and certified provider for both NDIS and icare. We also provide supports under Fee for Service arrangements. We offer a wide number of services ranging from complex care, personal care and domestic tasks to injury-related treatments, rehabilitation activities and assisting in participating with your community. CCA has experience in assisting people with spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations, burns or permanent blindness. Our Support Coordination division operates independently, delivering exceptional service through CCA’s dedicated team. CCA is also an approved provider of NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.
