A leading research institute for brain and nervous system research, working to prevent treat and cure brain and nervous system disease, schizophrenia, bipolar and injuries through research. Projects include degenerative diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and other dementias, developmental disorders such as autism and Asperger's syndrome, Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, nerve damage, chronic pain, rehabilitation from stroke or spinal cord injury, and falls and balance in elderly people.
