Service Description

Part of the Department of Justice providing education and information to the public, employers and service providers regarding rights and responsibilities under anti-discrimination law. Investigates and conciliates complaints of discrimination, harassment and vilification. Reports to the government when laws or policies necessitate change. Covers NSW with regional offices in Newcastle and Wollongong.
