Wesley Dalmar Out of Home Care
Service Description
Arranges and supervises foster care for children 0-18 years who cannot live at home with their families. Long and short term care is provided. Referrals must be through the Department of Family & Community Services. Training is provided to foster care parents. There is an Aftercare program to support people who have been in foster care and left the program.
