A national institute for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health research. Works toward the health and wellbeing of Australia's Indigenous people through impact research, knowledge translation and supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health researchers. Projects include child and maternal health, chronic disease, governance, social and emotional wellbeing, tobacco, and workforce and capacity building.
