Phoenix House Youth Services

Service Description

Phoenix House provides alternative education programs, case management and counselling support to young people aged 14-24 years of age. It includes young people disengaged from education, family breakdown, family violence, isolation, mental health issues, and addictions. They work with young people and their families to improve relationships and reengage them into education or employment. It provides a safe place to develop strength, personal growth and self-esteem. Services include alternative education programs, case management, individual and family counselling, advocacy, employment support and referral to other services.
