Service Description
A specialist outreach homelessness service supporting individuals who identify as women in Sydney, 18+ years old, who are, or are at risk of, experiencing homelessness and living with mental ill-health. Working in collaboration with mainstream services (e.g. your General Practitioner, psychiatrist, community health Case Manager, psychologist, social worker) and housing providers to tailor an approach that best suits the women we support. The intensity and duration of support is based on an individuals circumstances, experiences and choices.⯠Provides a refuge for women 18+ years old, without children, transitional housing and outreach services.
