A not for profit organisation that supports individuals who have had a stroke, and their families and carers, working towards recovery. Involved in policy development, best practice, and establishing Stroke Recovery Clubs. Services include telephone counselling, information kits, workshops and seminars, resources, referrals to other services, and co-ordination of Stroke Awareness Week.
