Service Description

Provides integrated services for vulnerable client groups. Responsibilities include aged care, people with a disability and their families and carers. Services include early intervention for children and young people, development of skills for work or leisure, everyday living support, advocacy and information, help at home, and accommodation support. Support services also provided to carers.
