Service Description

Psychological treatment for children, adolescents and adults using specific cognitive-behavioural techniques targeted at particular client groups, both individual and group. Individual intervention for a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress management, parenting, anger management. Group Programs include Cool Kids group for primary school age children and their parents. Does not see patients with psychosis related illness, restrictive eating disorders (anorexia) or suicidality. Does not conduct Autism Spectrum assessment. Appointments can be face to face or via telehealth (Zoom). Part of the postgraduate training program.
